This department goal is to develop diverse programs that minister to the many needs of men today.

Deacon's Ministry
The Deacon's Ministry consists of Spirit-filled men of exemplary Christian character in their personal and public lives. Deacons manage the upkeep of church property, minister to the natural necessities of the members, and assist the Pastor in ministering and the administration of the church.
Big Brothers in Christ
To provide life management tools, through role models, to young men from single parent households (mother headed). Enabling Youth to make healthier life choices and enhance their social and educational skills, perspectives, and goals setting capabilities.
