This staff carries out specific administrative duties which allow the Pastor to focus on the spiritual growth of the church. Ministries within this department includes Pastor's Aide, Usher Board, Planning and Steering Committee, and Greeter/Visitor Ministry.

This department is responsible for developing effective, spirit-led leaders, teachers and disciples through structured church training programs. Ministries within this department include Sunday School, Wednesday Night Bible Study, Financial Management Class.

The Evangelism Department is purposed to promote spiritual growth and discipleship, by spreading the gospel through revivals, classroom instruction, christian outreach, and community service. The department is divided into two major areas: Christian discipleship and Outreach. Ministries within this department include Singles Ministry, Intercessory Prayer Ministry, and Baptismal Ministry.

This department goal is to develop diverse programs that minister to the many needs of men today. Ministries within this department include Deacon's Ministry and Big Brothers in Christ

This department organizes and directs the mission efforts of Antioch. Workers in this department must have a desire to reach out to the poor and disenfranchised of our society. Ministries within this department include Foreign Missions, Prison/Jail Ministry and Street Ministry

This ministry supplies the accompaniment of music and song during each worship service. Ministries within this department include Children's Choir, Youth Choir, Adult Choir/Mass Choir, Praise and Worship, Drama Ministry, and Media Ministry

This department's objective is to develop diverse programs that ministers to the needs of our women today. Ministries within this department include Young Women Christian Counsel (YWCC),
and Hospitality Ministry.

This department's aim is to develop diverse programs that ministers to the needs of our youth. Ministries within this department include RISE, Children's Church and Young Women of Excellence
